Our Owner
Hello, my name is James and am a retired Army veteran of 22 years. I am the Owner and Founder of Party-On Rentals. I began as a clown and performed as “Uncle Sammy,” The Patriotic Clown at Military installations across America.
After one of my deployments, I had a vision of me actually clowning as a side job. It was not too difficult to bring up a theme and a name as I work for Uncle Sam in the Army. I decided to call myself Uncle Sammy, “The Patriotic Clown”, a spin-off of the late-great Uncle Sam. I guess you could say we are brothers from another mother.
One day, as I was doing an event, I saw some inflatable bounce houses next door. I dreamed that I could invest in them and make a business out of inflatables as well as entertain. I called my Business Patriotic Amusements. Several Years later, as I grew with more party equipment rentals than amusements, I changed the business name to Party-On Rentals.
Our History
1987-joined the Army
1990-served the Persian Gulf War
2001- Served the War on Terror.
2002-started to entertain troops and military families as “Uncle Sammy, the Patriotic Clown” as a result of the War on Terrorism.
2009- served in Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan
20110- started Patriotic Clown Entertainment providing quality clown entertainment to deserving children of Military Installations.
2012-started Patriotic Amusements putting smiles on America’s faces and a patriotic Spirit in their hearts with clown entertainment and patriotic inflatable rental products to Hooper UT communities.
2014-served in Operation Inherent Resolve-Kuwait
2016-Retired US Army
2017- renamed to Party-on Rentals providing entertainment, party and event equipment to Hooper UT and surrounding communities
2024- Moved Party-on Rentals to Utah to provide party equipment rentals to northern Utah and surrounding communities
