If you have not already done so, please go back and select “Additional Information” and provide date and time requested to be delivered or pick up. If products are to be picked up at the Center, please provide estimated time and day that you will be picking up. In some cases we will allow customers to pick up a day earlier, so please include this request if necessary.
Normal Hours of Operation for Pick up and Returns:
Monday 8-12 pm
Friday 8-12 pm
Saturday 8-12 pm
Sunday 1-5 pm
Late Returns: An immediate late fee of 25.00 will be assessed along with a daily rental charge, if equipment is not returned within times agread or if other arrangement have not been made with the owner.
Delivery can be requested on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply depending on amount and location.
Note: 50 percent deposit required immediately upon invoiced to secure your products. If total amount is over $500.00. then 50 percent deposit is required. If total amount is less than $500.00, then $50.00 deposit is required.
Your paid down payment is subtracted from balance and must be paid before delivery or pickup date. Deposits are paid via a secured sight via email Hyperlink in customer’s email instructions labeled “View Invoice”. Valid ID and credit card (no debit card) is required to pick up all equipment from the center.
